Mining [***White Ore***](https://whitepaper.legendofarcadia.io/legend-of-arcadia/how-to-earn-usdarca/white-ore) is a key component of Legend of Arcadia, where players can dispatch their NFT heroes to delve deep into Mount Mentos to reap the rich mineral resources. By mining in the ***Mount Mentos Cave*** or the ***Secret Cave***, players can acquire White Ore as rewards and combine it with [***Obsidian***](https://whitepaper.legendofarcadia.io/legend-of-arcadia/how-to-earn-usdarca/obsidian) to forge and mint the game's governance token, [***$ARCA***](https://whitepaper.legendofarcadia.io/legend-of-arcadia/tokenomics/usdarca).

## Types of Mine

### ***1.*****&#x20;Mount Mentos Cave**

***The Mount Mentos Cave*** is where players can access the High-speed mode, and its efficiency is determined by several factors, including the rarity of the NFT heroes dispatched, the Upgrade Level, the Adventure mode progress, the specific theme of a suit of body parts equipped, and the VIP level. With unlimited White Ore output and two mining slots, players can dispatch high-rarity heroes such as SR or SSR-heroes to the Mine for ***three full sets of 8-hour mining per day***, as long as there is enough [***Energy***](https://whitepaper.legendofarcadia.io/legend-of-arcadia/how-to-earn-usdarca/white-ore/energy-and-recharge). Otherwise, your mining mode will be subject to downgrade to the Low-speed mode.

#### **High-speed mode & Low-speed mode**

When players have sufficient energy, the mining mode will automatically switch to the ***High-speed mode***, allowing for increased White Ore production. If energy becomes insufficient, the mining mode will downgrade to the ***Low-speed mode***. During this mode, the hero Upgrade Level will not take effect, and the mining rate for all heroes will be downgraded to the same level. It is important to note that the Low-speed mode is a fallback option when energy levels are low, and players will not be able to achieve maximum production during this time.&#x20;

Upon withdrawal of a Hero NFT from mining, any unspent energy will be credited back to the user. In the event of a sale of a mining Hero NFT, the hero will automatically exit the mine, and all unused energy will be restored to the account.

The efficiency of mining [***White Ore***](https://whitepaper.legendofarcadia.io/legend-of-arcadia/how-to-earn-usdarca/white-ore) is generally determined by multiple factors: ***the rarity of the NFT heroes dispatched***, ***the Upgrade Level***, ***the progress in Adventure mode***, ***the specific theme of a suit***, and ***the VIP level.***

### 2. Upgrade Level

Upgrade Level is another important factor in mining efficiency. Increasing the Upgrade Level can significantly boost the mining bonus by ***up to 2100%!*** Players can increase the Upgrade Level by consuming idle heroes in their inventory that have the same rarity. This not only improves the mining rate but also enhances the various attributes of the NFT heroes. Every time you consume heroes five times, the mining rate can be increased once, up to ***a maximum of 21 times***.

### 4. Specific Theme of NFT Hero's Suits

The mining bonus for a specific theme of NFT Hero's suits is only effective in the ***Activity Mining Area***. The acceleration of mining White Ore depends on how many specific body parts your hero is equipped with. For instance, if you have three pieces of Rainbow Computer body parts, your hero will gain an additional 60% mining bonus. If you have a ***"Full Suit"*** consisting of four pieces, your hero will receive a 100% mining bonus.
